Dance in our Own Blood

We all belong to nature, we can not deny these facts. We all have instincts, we all have things we would like to do someday but at times we find that for unreasonable reasons  we are barred from making certain choices. Unfortunately, this is how many Iranian woman feel like living under Islamic Regime. They say we are protective our woman, but the results and statistics, yearly human right reports tells different story. Each year we see rape of woman, rape of children, countless cases of domestic violence and at times authorities claims they have no power to overturn decision because Islamic Rules simply supports at time, for example to punish your wife within guidelines. why should we have such thing even ? why would anyone even sit down and write such guidelines? What sort of drug they are on? and worst is that they are backed up by powerful authorities in Iran.

Today I met an Iranian friend whose doing Pole dancing simply because she enjoys the sport, sexiness of it and how it regulates her mental health. She said she was always embraced of her sexuality, but dance (in any form) has helped her to gain confidence in her body, in her ideas and general being more comfortable as woman.

I hope one day our people can have freedom to do such things too !
